Performance Insights Within Mortgage University
Monitor Performance
The Sales Manager / Director can track which of the team has accessed the courses, therefore showing whom is committed to learn, learn, grow and develop. The manager can monitor how people score in each module and therefore identify which areas they need the most help with.
Tests
There is a test after every module to ensure the student understood the information and understands how to apply it in the real world of selling.
Monthly online meet up (2 x 1hr)
All members meet up twice a month on Zoom for 1 hour and Tony will phone your leads on a loudspeaker and close appointments for you, demonstrating the strategies he teaches. TMI’s experts will attend some meet ups, to answer questions around their specialist area.

The Masterclasses Explained
Virtual Masterclasses
The 12-month program is split into an AM (10am to 12:30) for mortgage and protection advisers and PM (14:00 to 16:30) for leaders, and directors, on the 1st Monday of each month.
Face to Face Masterclasses
The 12-month program is split into an AM (09:30 to 12:30) for mortgage and protection advisers and PM (13:30 to 16:30) for leaders, and directors. It will be on the 1st Wednesday of each month.
There will be a session in the North of England on the 1st Wednesday of each month and a session in the South of England on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
